Have you checked ebay for muggys?
Maybe you find your own there. No pun intended, you then could claim it to be yours with ebay, since you probably have witnesses that it's your truck and the filed police report.
Otherwise: I feel with you, hate people who steal other peoples stuff!
I can
understand, not approve(!), if someone steals food to not starve or things like that. But if somebody just enriches him/herself...
