Are you running two packs? Most of the people that have had this issue were set up with one pack.
Try switching out your servo for a lower power one - high power servos have been know to temporarily kill the HV systems. The other potential is that its your LVC prematurely kicking in - another known HV problem. I went around the block on this same issue - only resolution that worked in my situation was a change in mfgr.
