P.S. When they do demolitions on buildings, they blow the entire building in a "controlled" floor by floor manner. They don't willy nilly (technically term) blow a hole somewhere in the middle, cross their fingers and hope for the best. Nor do they do it when the building, or nearby buildings especially for large buildings, are populated with people for goodness sakes.
