The GA bulks don't have the diff cases machined into them. You have to use alum diff cases like on the 3rd picture above. You can buy those from UE also for $70 apiece.

So for a GA/FLM setup, you'll need the following:
GA/FLM bulks
ALum diff cases
Diff and pinions from either Ofna or Hot bodies
UE output shafts

For a hybrid setup, you'll need the following:
FLM hybrid bulks
Diff and pinions from either Ofna or Hot bodies
UE output diffs

The ebay link you posted will work but the diff ratio is 43/11. The ofna hyper 7/8/8.5 have a ratio of 43/13. You can compensate your ratio by using an appropriate spur/pinion combo.
