CC = 4 pole right?

How smooth is the 2250 on startup? Are there settings you can adjust to keep cogging to am minimum or is it not really much of a problem at all? Not that I want to literally crawl with the MMM/2250 but I want it as smooth as possible for those times when I want to pretend its a summit and then two minutes later shred the tires on it :)
