73mm / 2.87'' wide and 80mm 3.15'' long
But I doubt it would create more space because the motor is sticking out more then my battery tray (again with stock spur and pinion). For the weight distribution it is not needed and as you can see you would need some modding to get it to fit up front.

Well lots last sunday and it jumped really well. I will upload a 'raw' video today of some jumps (hopefully).
