Well I wouldn't be concerned about the temp, these lipos like to be warm from my experience and perform best when they are. Last set I had in my e-revo would get high 90's in the winter but still only about 110 in the summer. As for the balance, I would check the cells with an actual volt meter and make sure the balance connector is clean. I had weird readings on mine a few times and it was because of a little dirt on the balance tap. Also if it was just the first run and it's off a bit at first I would try getting at least 2-3 more cycles before worrying to much, I have noticed with any lipo that the first couple cycles power wasdown and balance wasn't as good.

If you do still have a problem with them....at least they are from a company here in America and yoou don't have to pay $25 shipping to HK. I would imagne that Neu would make it right if there is a bad cell
