Some use oven-cleaner, but I would suggest caustic soda (NaOH). Make an aqueous solution of NaOH and dip your parts for a few seconds. And then just polish the parts. I use this Scotch Brite stuff and some patience.

Be carefull with caustic soda! Avoid skin contact-wear gloves. Eye contact would be fatal!!
