Interesting thing you said that sike, I'm listening to a heli/plane podcast, and also remembered about my computer modding stuff I'm about to buy...

I could, theoretically, toss it in my case (computer case), surround the transparent window, and have the same effect as a cold cathode.. interesting..

And I was looking at my monitor, and noticed behind it (my wall) is quite bare... I could pick up some blue or red, and put it on my monitor facing the wall to have a nice glow effect....
