This shouldn't happen, ever. Please contact us in Tech Support at your earliest possible convenience. We will discuss options on how to get this replaced as quickly possible. If you have had it less than a year, we will get it replaced under warranty. Right now we do not have replacement rotors available, but they are coming very soon. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
