Looks like you could mount the battery tray/esc mount on the front if you ditched the radio box. You would not be able to use the blue support post for the esc tray, so something would have to be fabbed up.

Seeing that a tdr mount is 70 bucks, and the 1 speed hub is 40 bucks this is cheaper, but I am not sure how much gearing adjustment it will offer for those of us who use a 1 speed hub and set screw pinions. Looks like this retains the 25t/63 gearing. If it is designed to use all of the losi supplied gears you may be able to get a 25/59 to fit and mesh correctly, but that is losi's smallest 2nd gear spur.

The motor mount is interesting, and quite low cg. Putting the battery over it is a step backwards, but if you retain the mech brakes and mech reverse there is really not much room in the front. I can see this being a great conversion for 4s usage, due to the 2speed and mech brakes. Or a hv setup that uses a feigao motor. 14xl on 8s lipo with a 60amp hv esc would be great. Use some 2500ah lipos to keep the weight down. Still going to wheelie alot.
