It doesn't matter how many amps your supply can put out, the charger will only use as much as it needs at a given time and will not be damaged.

Per the charger's datasheet, it can output a max. of 50 watts during the charge cycle. So when you select 4s lipo as the battery voltage, the charger limits the current draw. The max you can charge at 5 amps would be 9 cells or a 3s lipo.

Your power supply would need to be upgraded as well if you bought a more powerful charger. It's only capable of 60 watts sustained output, which is fine for the Venom Pro. To charge a 4s pack at 5 amps would require a minimum of ~90 watts of power from the supply. It's a good idea to have some headroom, so a 10 amp supply (120 watts) would be smart.
