Just one thing. Go to a physical therapist instead of wasting your money on a Chiropractor. Unless you have a bone disease, or a significant injury in which your bones were unable to heal, you need to build up your muscle strength so that your joints and spine dont have to take the abuse. Chiropractors are on the fine line of being an addictive "need" also.

well put about the physical therapy. i did more healing in 2 months of physical therapy than 2 years in a chiropractor's office.
