Idle speculation:

if the front end lifts under power ( perfectly natural ), then more load is placed on the rear axles/ pins. Thats a given pretty much, but if you also factor in torque steer perhaps, then maybe that one pin is subjected to even more load that the other side, so it tends to snap more frequently. Could also be a factor is you make more left turns than right turns- outside wheel has to make more turns and is subjected to unloading forces more often due to diff action.
