My fiancee runs an in-home daycare, so a day off is not really a day off with all the noise.
But you're right, it was just another day. I didn't sprout any additional gray hairs (at least that I could see), and I didn't break a hip.
My fiancee wanted to know what I wanted, and I said nothing. Of course that wasn't good enough, so she got me a little something, but I really think birthdays are for the kids. After all, I can get "stuff" pretty much whenever I want (and the bank account allows).
