Where I live there's a profound lack of basic respect for fellow humans. Most people tramp there way through life, smuggly insulating themselves in their own private bubble so they don't need to deal with anything other than what they choose to let in
This same bubble conveniently absolves them of any responsibility for their own actions...just drive into any carpark & watch the atrocious behaviour of drivers competing for parking spaces or even mothers competing for parking spaces near a school, you'd think their lives depended on getting the best position
