I run a 2000XL on 18cells, and it does good. I believe squeeforever used to use a 3100XL on 14cells, but has now changed to a wanderer XL. The wanderers will run much cooler and therefore more efficiently. Anyway, the wanderers are marked up as in stock in the store. A wanderer 8XL/9920 will be just the ticket for 14cells
