This program offers three options for the returned items:

REPLACE: Motor is replaced with the same model.

EXCHANGE: Motor can be exchanged for any other motor listed within the same group.

UPGRADE: Any Novak motor ever made can be upgraded for any motor listed in Group M1, M2 or M3. Upgrade price is listed in the orange upgrade column.

You can return any item--working or not working--we do not evaluate items returned for upgrade, so a heat sink less esc would be OK...
