I bought something cheap off of eBay; an incomplete roller. He said it was a Mugen and I'm guessing it's an ancient one. Do you guys have any idea what this is?

It's completely apart since it used to be a nitro and I cleaned it.

ps. Will not post the pictures here since the forum doesn't handle large images as good and with low res you can't see what's on it.
