Chad, I'm not seeing like that at all. I see it as the lipo + and charger/load + are connected to the large pad on the right. The lipo - is connected to the pad on the left. And the charger/load is connected to the middle pad. Essentially, the LVC just disconnects the - lead if an error occurs.
