I'm not buying it. If there were fewer leeches sucking off the system, taxes can be lower, which gives me more cash in my pocket to pay the increase in prices due to not-so-cheap labor. But you are right though, the laziness appears in all races/colors, for that I fault the ease in which handouts are given out. But one problem at a time.
