Amnesty, thats funny. If I were in Mexico and did something illegal by their current law would I receive Amnesty? I love this crap!

Since the child obviously was a bit of a smart ass, and the mother had most likely influenced her into saying some BS in order to strike a cause, I would leave it at that.
