Swift, I think you did a great job, so don't get down on yourself.
I will give you a hint that a lot of people don't know, but most of the better painters do...use 1/16", 3/32", and 1/8" automotive pinstripe to mask off your lines & graphics! The edges are razor sharp, and it can be flexed/bent around corners as tight as you want the radius to go! Since the edges are so sharp, there is ZERO bleed-through, and your lines will be perfectly smooth & clean! Once you have your lines laid down with the pinstripe, you can use regular masking tape or painters tape for the rest.
