i took various readings, and the esc never got above 130 with the velineon fan.
also, keep in mind that some of the ofna buggies have a higher ring and pinion ratio, so you might gear it on the low side to start out.
i have to gear my LX-1e 51/14 to get a similiar effect my 8ight has at 48/16.
