Hum, maybe OK for the center diif, that keeps you to push too hard the throttle. But you forgot the tires, larger, more resistance to the ground, the air resistance at high speed...
110F by 85F with a 17lbs truck with the 1515/1Y isn't possible lol, unless you are driving very very calm... Aren't you exagerating the number lol ?
My 1520/1Y in my 11lbs MBX5T (truggy) geared for 45-50mph on 6S hits 120-130F on the rear black plate by 75F ambient, and some people where I live find it quite cool. I find it cool too by the way :D
