I also see that you are running aluminum bumper-mounts...that is not a good idea either, as impacts to the front or rear transfer directly to the bulkheads, possibly causing more damage. I suggest using stock or any other plastic motor mount, they will absorb any impacts, and are cheap to replace if they break.
