We were trying to be nice and save you some headache... If you have the batteries already, just measure them. That would be the way to do it right and do it once. No such thing as a dumb question, just dumb answers, and the dumb answer here would be to trust the published dimensions (from Tower no less) when you already HAVE IT IN YOUR HAND!
