This bit is where my BS detector kicked in, the higher C rated battery will give more volts under load which will mean more amps on the supplied prop, but fully charged unloaded the voltages will be highest and the same for any C rated LiPos and the ESC copes with that (I assume), it can only be the extra amperage that burns things up.
