Hi ,Hypochondria didn't exist when my mums family were topping themselves back in the 1800's. If you've got a genetic chemical inbalance there's nothing you can do! Like having ginger hair,.Having an IQ of 142 don't help.Us mentalists are often more intelligent than average,but can't use it,we just think dark thoughts.So it looks like you're saying schizophrenics,post traumatic stress victims ,abuse victims,etc should "pull themselves together"? I've wished for years that I could swap "problems" with someone who thinks like that,they'd be dead within a few months!
