You wont even need to change the balance plug or cut it, just remove that last black balance wire as per the picture. The charger will see a 3s pack when its plugged in- the plastic housing
is just a plastic housing, it plays no part in the electrical side of things- if it were a cell in the middle of the pack,
then you'd need to get a new balance plug for the pack.. its merely cosmetics in this instance
