I have used the CC/Neu 2650 on 6s for a long time and know damn well it is not suited to go 60mph offroad, especially at that voltage. geared at this speed the motor is winding out to hell and beyond and will probably cause issues with heat. A more logical setup would be running in the ~40-45k rpm range and a larger size can to handle the load. For example a 1515 or 1518 can (the 2650 is a 1512 can).
