Seems dishonest to me, you should only get a refund if you returned it or did not receive it. Maybe someone needs to report this to ebay.
Win Win my a55, someone has to pay for it! Ebay will just have to raise the fees to support welfare cases like you and the rest of honest people have to pay for it, thanks alot!
