Bullet Connectors - flux or not to flux? -

As the title says, when soldering bullets, do you put some flux in the bullet?
I've been converting over to EC5's, and have had one pull out right off the bat. I fluxed all but one or two of them.
Losi 8T 1.0, Savage Flux - XL style, LST XXL, Muggy, 3.3 E-Revo Conversion and sitting outside 425hp, 831 Tq Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel. It SMOKES
