Stellor5, You might want to invest in a wattmeter. It helped me by seeing how far low the voltage would drop vs amp draw. This might give you a better idea to see if you can gear up.

I'm not sure if its recommended on the 2200 but adjusting the timing up helped get me a couple mph out of my setup. I setup for about 42mph right now and its really plenty fast for a large MT. If the batteries are sagging voltage under load, then a better set of batteries could be good for an easy 5mph.
avoid getting SMC packs. they are way overrated like maxamps packs. my turnigy 20c 5000mah pack have more power and punch than my 9000mah "28c+" packs. they are more like 7 or 8c. they get hot and swell up a little in my savage flux geared for 32mph on 4s.


They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.
