FYI: This FS is temporarily on-hold until I finish the formidable task of cleaning up after the damages from the flooding. All the items above had been moved to prevent damage, but everything is scattered around right now. So, please hold off on PM's until you hear otherwise (will repost here).

There will likely be more items for sale as I will need cash to fix/replace several pricey home items (furnace, hot water heater, washer/dryer, etc). Stay tuned...
