We had a lot of crazy stupid kids at my high school and no joke there was probably one car accident every few days.
We had our own dedicated police officer. 
No matter where you park you would get door dings and scratches on your car. We had a ton of bomb threats and fire drills and the teachers would take you out to the parking lot to wait. Kids wouldn’t think twice to sit on your bumper or use your car as a desk. You are way better off getting something cheep / reliable now and saving for a sports car. As a side note winter tires and rims can be expensive if you do decide to get the sports car now.
