I'm pretty sure I said I didn't know if it would be warrantied. They have to look at the motor to determine what the failure was and what caused it. I sent the motor a week and a half ago so I still have a long time to wait before I get any news. To early to start bashing Neu here
It's not my intention to make them look bad either. That motor was awesome, it's just that something happened to it and I still don't know exactly what.
