None have exploded yet, and I don't honestly expect them to. But, then again, no one
expects to get into a car accident, yet we all carry car insurance (or should).
Like Bondo, I have had a few swell up quite a bit. If they swell enough, the cell casing could break. I just prefer safety since they are being stored in a somewhat volitaile area.
