What is the new "208" timing area all about in the software? I am having a hard time figuring out what to do.

My setup as is:
RCM XT8 2009 spec
RX8 with 1550kv truggy motor
5s 4200mah Hyperion 35c
14/46 gearing

Prior to the update I was running 17 degree timing and that worked well.

I need to be able to run 15 min. What is a good starting point?
