Unfortunately this is going to need a factory repair. The only option would be to get it sent in for repair. If it is less than a year old and you have a copy of the dated sales receipt, we'll get it replaced under warranty. If it's over a year old, it will be a $70.00 non-warranty replacement. Please visit
