Yes we know this, that is why this thread was started in the first place, and why all of the comments have been made in the context that they have been. I guess the level of whit has been lost in the writing.

The danger with these power supplies has been with leaving the case energized which could result in the user being electricuted. By placing a 5mm plastic wrap with fancy graphics around the case it becomes insulated and you are protected. ha
