Get both for the price of 1! Then try them both and see which work better. If you are running larger, heavier tires, then the 1600 is probably better but it also means you need to either gear up more or run higher voltages (i.e. 5->6S) to get the same top speed as the 2200kv. 1800 a bit less so.
