I have no idea.
I've been searching for another solution all night. I'm just going to put the $80 up for the Savage 5T axles and another $30 or so on some quality extended hexes. I should have took that route the first place but chose to save a few bucks instead. Cost me more in the long run.
At least we all know now not the get the Integy adapters!
