I don't think that Regal plastics in Houston has a minimum order, and they usually have drops that you can buy of most materials.

I have a lot of delrin scrap at the shop, pretty sure I have what you need. I also have UHMW PE (also cutting board material), but it does not machine like acetal as it is very gummy. I have several sizes all the way to 1". let me know what you need and I can get it.

It must be understood that common sense and caution are factors which cant be built into this product.
