Well, it turns out that the Dolphin browser doesn't correctly support the CSS "overflow" property; it shows both "scroll" and "auto" as "hidden". Definitely a bug:

That kinda sucks in today's age of highly stylized webpages. I wonder what other content you are missing out on that you didn't know existed?
I know this isn't an ideal answer, but how about upgrading to Chrome? I would imagine Chrome and Android, both being Google technologies,
should work well together...
