Yeah I wasn't too impressed by the NEXX8 either. But I think they are trying to have another car in the entry level 1/8 e-buggy category, so you kind of expect it to have e-clip hingepins, and other stuff like that to keep costs down. I think buying a used X2 and refurbishing it and converting it will give you a much better vehicle, but for people entering 1/8 electric the NEXX8 is a lot easier to deal with.

Either way, the NEXX8 should ensure those of us with Jammin vehicles have plenty of parts available.
