Off topic but about MA. There are a few good things about the company. Their Lipos are designed to fit in specfic models. This is a huge plus for certain models. They seem to work with the manufacturers to make things that fit and work together. I still order from MA every now and then, it's easy to find what I want on their site. If I need a certain balance tap or plug or shrinkwrap it's easy to find and they are quick to ship. Not all their lipos are bad. I have a 2s 1550mah for my RC18T, I love this pack, it's almost 3 years old and it stays balanced, holds it's charge, doesn't get hot, and performs great. That 3 year old pack even did well in a revo vxl while I had it.
Lastly MA does a great job advertising and promoting. I have received ther free money and used it several times. Also their write a review and recieve 8AA batteries for free ( which are actually pretty good alkaline AA batteries)
None of this however applies to these 150C rated batteries. If Brandon wants to send me a set for my Flux, a 4s brick for my truggy, or a 2s for my SC10 I will gladly run them with an Eagle Tree and post graphs and send the batteries back. If MaxAmps wants to sponsor me for 1/8 scale electric Truggy racing or SC racing I will gladly use their packs and promote them, even if I had to pay a "reasonable" cost for the lipos. I'm not against running a MaxAmps pack as long as it can provide the power I need, not puff, and be reasonably priced. Currently the price is holding me back from buying one.
