Good you didn't spend a lot on your first set. A couple of tips that were given to me & they helped were.

#1 riding in a hallway

#2 Focus your attention about 2 or 3 feet feet off your FR wheel, don't look at your FR wheel until you get the hang on the rollers. Put something that far out to focus on.

#3 Also don't panic & over react when your bike moves on the rollers. I have found just going with it settles the bike down.

#4 Also if you do ride with toe clips, at first i would only ride with one foot in the clips & one foot out. Until you get the hang of them.


I have gotten good enough on m rollers. That i can get up to 35 mph.
