I missed another ride on sunday morn. Bro was under the weather and dad said it's 'too windy' do it tomorrow. Since I was up and nobody else was I did some rc maintenance.

Wheels look nice Mike. I should start riding again, but a bike that nice would likely break under my fat ass!!!!
Guessing all of you guys who are serious riders must be in pretty good shape. Do you follow a decent diet and do other sorts of stretching and strength training? Just curious, as biking is a physically demanding past time!

Your into all sorts of stuff hah? When my mum got her motorbike license (in her 40's) she was told it's not a matter of 'if' but 'when you drop a bike'

I don't follow any dieting though my one vice is the drink.

and the only other exercise I do (aside from occassional hard labour at work) is gym classes. The missus got me into that, good for eye candy
