I'm perfectly content with the slash 4x4 with the stock stuff on 3s. I have tried a couple diff setups, mmm/2650, med 3650/3300/mm, and have just gone back to the stock. It works fine, waterproof, plenty speedy, cheap. Kinda curious about the tray size, I think its the same width as slash but a little shorter. I've seen pics with a turnigy 5000 3s in one, and looked like they had just notched for the wires. If that fits it will be plenty big for me.

Had a look on tower and did not see a 60 off special for the 4x4 pede... Since membership is only 10 bucks it would be a good deal...
